The Talented Care Program continues to implement the Strategic Planning Diploma for Young Leaders as part of its ongoing efforts to prepare young leaders and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to actively participate in managing community and development initiatives and projects.
The diploma is implemented in cooperation with the Strategic Thinking Group Association, within a partnership aimed at strengthening the leadership capacities of talented youth and preparing them to assume influential roles within their communities, in line with current developmental needs and challenges.
The program includes a series of specialized training sessions in strategic thinking, strategic planning, and decision-making, delivered by Professor Mohammed Hussein Abu Saleh, Professor of Strategic Planning. The sessions focus on building a practical and in-depth understanding of strategic leadership concepts and linking them to real-world applications in institutional and community work.
The diploma aims to develop participants’ abilities to analyze reality, anticipate the future, design effective strategic plans, and make sound decisions, contributing to the preparation of young leaders capable of managing projects efficiently and creating sustainable impact across various fields.
This program comes as part of a set of high-quality initiatives implemented by the Talented Care Program, which seeks to develop the academic and leadership capacities of talented students and enhance their readiness to engage in leadership and development pathways, contributing to the building of an aware generation equipped with planning tools and positive societal influence.
