Outstanding Students Project Students Visit the Children’s Blood and Oncology Center in Aden

As part of its efforts to enhance community awareness and link academic excellence with humanitarian responsibility, the Yemen International Agency for Development, through the Outstanding Students Care Project, organized a meaningful humanitarian initiative in Aden Governorate. The initiative included a visit by project students to the Children’s Blood Diseases and Oncology Center.

The visit aimed to learn about the conditions of child patients and gain insight into the healthcare services provided, while also bringing joy and emotional support to the children through direct interaction and humanitarian activities that reflect the values of solidarity and social cohesion.

During the visit, students of the Outstanding Students Care Project expressed their solidarity with the children and their families, emphasizing the importance of providing psychological and moral support. They highlighted the positive impact such support has in easing the children’s suffering and boosting their morale throughout the treatment journey.

The Yemen International Agency for Development stated that this initiative falls within its broader vision of building well-rounded outstanding students who combine academic excellence with a strong sense of social responsibility, while instilling values of compassion and humanitarian work among young people.

The agency further noted that the Outstanding Students Care Project goes beyond academic support, aiming to prepare a conscious generation capable of engaging positively with societal issues and contributing effectively to addressing humanitarian and development challenges.

The Yemen International Agency for Development continues to implement educational and community-based initiatives across several governorates, as part of well-planned strategies aimed at empowering youth, strengthening their role in serving society, and contributing to a more cohesive and aware future.

Yemen International Agency for Development Explores Cooperation Opportunities with Vefa Organization in Germany

As part of its efforts to enhance development cooperation, a delegation from the Yemen International Agency for Development visited the Vefa Organization in Germany, where they met with the organization’s president, Musab Aydın.

During the meeting, both sides discussed partnership opportunities for implementing sustainable development projects that address community needs and support humanitarian efforts. They also explored ways to exchange expertise and collaborate on initiatives aimed at supporting vulnerable groups and creating a lasting positive impact.
