and Italy that share the same name, identity, logo, and objectives. YIAD also has several representatives
in other countries. Each branch operates under its own bylaws and has an independent license according
to the official law of the country in which it is located. Coordination between the different offices and
branches is achieved through partnership and cooperation agreements .
